Now Hiring - Heavy Equipment Sales Yard Coordinator in Mesa, AZ

Bingham Equipment Company is currently seeking a Sales yard Coordinator for our Mesa location. This is a fast paced outdoor position that requires teamwork, computer skills, ability to respectfully handle customers, and see that sales operations operate smoothly and professionally.

The Sales yard Coordinator is responsible for

· Receiving and shipping all wholegoods inventory

· Inventory management

· Equipment labeling

· Monthly inventory count

· Assisting sales staff with the loading and unloading of equipment

· Maintaining front sales yards for cleanliness and organization

· Staging loads for sales staff

· Implement assembly and pairing

· Photographing equipment for web sales

· Staging sold units for delivery

· Respond to inventory requests from 11 other Bingham Equipment locations

· Assist in quality control

· Assist service yard coordinator when needed

· Have experience with agriculture and construction equipment

· Be very familiar with computer use and trainable on CDK, Microsoft Outlook and others

· Be a positive thinker

REQUIREMENTS

· Must have attention to detail

· Must have forklift experience

· Must be able to multitask and problem solve while doing so

· Must be able to prioritize

· Must have good time management skills

· Must have good written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions for extended periods of time

· Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

· Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record and insurable by our company

Compensation depending on qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
